Tortas de Aceite are a traditional Spanish crisp bread, light and flaky, made with over 25% Spanish olive oil. They are produced entirely by hand - each torta with its own distinctive hand-patted shape. Tortas de aceite have been made for over 100 years in the Seville region. The traditional sugared tortas are flavored with a touch of anise, while the savory option is ideal for serving with dips and spreads.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT QUALITY NOTICE: Each of these hand-made tortas contain over 25% virgin olive oil making them extremely sensitive to heat. Please store and display your tortas in a cool location away from any direct sunlight. Heat can cause rancidity which is easily detected through a smell test.


Sugar: wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil (25%), water, sugar, sesame seeds, aniseed, salt, essence of anise.
